3- User-friendly interface with hotkeys available , mean you can use hotkeys instead of you press on the keyboard , and these is the hotkeys :

• Save >>>> F2 or S.
• Clipboard >>>> F5 or C.
• Exit >>>> F10 or Escape.

4- The best feature in Text Mining Tool that you don’t have to setup or install it , just download and it’s ready to use , it’s like portable program if you don’t understand what i mean.

Unfortunately there is some defects in Text Mining Tool , as you know in every program or script even paid had some defects , although these defects in Text Mining Tool not very effective , but it’s important to mention it :

* the first thing i noticed in this program that it isn’t support convert from Arabic PDF files to text file , mean when you are trying to convert Arabic PDF file to text file … symbols appear instead of the original words , this note i hadn’t seen any site or any body mention it although this problem is exist.

* Another issue that if you open PDF, DOC, RTF, CHM, HTM, HTML files which it contains more than a text (such as pictures or tables or graphs) the text will not preserve the original formatting, that make the content harder to understand.

* There isn’t any option for text formatting , font type and size , so that’s make Text Mining Tool poor in options.
